- The system is constructed with radiolucent materials to meet C-arm fluoroscopy imaging requirements, ensuring clear intraoperative imaging without interference.
- The base plate is made of high-strength carbon fiber material, providing excellent rigidity, lightweight performance, and long-term durability.
- The base plate is equipped with dedicated fixation straps and can be securely connected to the operating table side rails to ensure enhanced surgical safety.
- The base plate dimensions are 700 × 500 mm, providing a stable and standardized support platform for various surgical applications.
- The arched support board is manufactured using carbon fiber molding technology, offering high strength, low weight, and reliable structural integrity.
- The dual-plate structure supports a load capacity of ≥100 kg and features one-touch left-right width adjustment with a range of 0–250 mm for flexible positioning.
- The arched support system uses bilateral crank mechanisms, allowing smooth adjustment of arch curvature to accommodate different patient body types.
- The arch height adjustment range is 200–295 mm (including padding), enabling precise positioning for optimal surgical access and comfort.
- The system includes high-density foam padding with waterproof and anti-static PU leather covering, which is removable and easy to clean, and supports a maximum patient weight of 230 kg for stable and safe operation.
